This book (and movie!)made many people wish they were part of the quest too. But this series had many things that most didn't know. Here are some of them.
1. Did you know that Aragorn's dad was Arathorn the Second and he was killed at the age of 82?
2. The Fellowship of the Ring left at 25 September to their quest to destroy the Ring.
3. The Ringbearer before Gollum was called Deagol.
4. Gandalf could have taken over Sauron. He just didn't want to.
5. Sam was elected mayor of The Shire for 7 times.
